One day in 2014, I tilted my neck and heard a “click” sound. Afterwards, I had a poor blood circulation and indigestion and suffered severe pain. I went to the orthopedic clinic and the examination showed a herniated cervical disc and forward neck due to the seventh cervical vertebra protrusion.
In early 2023, my symptoms got worse and I got another X-ray. The doctor said that my forward neck had worsened into turtle neck. Two months later, the pain spread to my entire body, including my shoulders, jaw, back, waist, and pelvis. I received full body massage and chiropractic care, and many other treatments, but had no improvement. It got worse, and the symptom of paralysis followed.
I had severe pain in my neck, shoulders, arms, wrists, and fingers, and could not sleep properly due to frequent headaches and stomach problems. I had great difficulty in my daily life, and had to wear braces for the neck, shoulders and the back in doing chores. I was a district leader who has to go out often to take care of district members, and I had to do muscle taping all over my body whenever I went out. When I removed it from the body after coming back home, I had to endure excruciating pain.
When the things worsened with no improvement at all, I looked back on my past days and repented of having depended on worldly medicine and methods. And I changed my mind to rely on God completely. I earnestly received my Senior Pastor Soojin Lee’s prayer for the sick every Sunday service and at Daniel Prayer Meeting, and began to improve little by little.
In March 2024, I was so much recovered and capable of volunteering as an usher and offertory member at the entrance of the sanctuary. Of course, I did muscle taping all over my body. When I returned home and took off the muscle tapes, to my surprise, I felt no pain any longer. Thenceforth, I didn’t do muscle taping to go out.
I was utterly happy and felt so much thankful. For complete healing, I joined in Divine Healing Meetings that were held in March and May and received Speaker Pastor Soojin Lee’s prayer for the sick with faith. I got better gradually. And I attended the summer retreat 2024 on July 29 with faith, and by her prayer, I was completely recovered and I could do well in my daily life. Now I feel comfortable every day. Hallelujah!
I can sleep well and joyfully fulfill my God-given duties as a district leader. I give all thanks and glory to my dear Lord who healed me.
