I've been responsible for many construction sites, but there was not a single accident for years because Senior Pastor Dr. Jaerock Lee prayed for me.
I fulfilled my duty with diligence and served others as I was taught by him. On December 31, 2017 I received a Seoul mayoral citation. It was given in the recognition of my contribution to the execution of flood damage security measures, the damage reduction, and the citizens' security. I was happy that I could glorify God.
Brother Jonghyun Baek, my son, is now 21 years old. When he was five, he had a terrible stutter. But when he shook hands with Senior Pastor with faith, he became normal immediately. After he experienced the amazing power of God, he prayed to study languages and work for the kingdom of God. In 2018, he was admitted to the Department of Arabic in Hankuk University of Foreign Studies by passing the writing test of the early admission process. He even held half-tuition scholarships over the full academic years.
Sister Jihyun Baek, my daughter (age 19) almost died when she was little. A car backed up over her! But she was protected in the shepherd's space. She is very healthy. She's been serving as a president of High School Mission of Students' Sunday School both last year and this year. As she studied and was well behaved in school, she received an award as an exemplary student.
Senior Deaconess Miok Kim (age 49), my wife, is also filled with joy and thanks as she takes care of souls and prays hard. I give all thanks and glory to God who has led my whole family to have hope for the beauty of heaven and walk the way of blessing.
