God the Father accepts our prayers. The incense of prayers may vary depending on the amount of faith and love contained in the prayers. God is pleased when we pray for His kingdom and righteousness. That is, we must pray first for the kingdom of God such as our sanctuary construction, church’s revival, ministering pastor, other pastors, and church workers. Then we must pray for our sanctification, followed by the prayer for the work, business, and family.
We should also pray from the depth of heart. God can’t accept our prayers, if we babble, have idle thoughts, or tries to finish the prayer quickly during the prayer. Some use only tongues in their prayers. There are also people who just move their lips with no voice heard. We must pray with sweet and pretty voice in the confidence that God the Father will do anything for us.
When we sing praises to God, we must put our heart, mind, and will in them. When we sing like this, the grace will come upon us like a waterfall. If we can have the lyrics carry our emotion, we will sing the praise in the inspiration of the Holy Spirit. We can be quickly given the desires of our hearts as we pray and sing praises in this manner.
“Another angel came and stood at the altar, holding a golden censer; and much incense was given to him, so that he might add it to the prayers of all the saints on the golden altar which was before the throne. And the smoke of the incense, with the prayers of the saints, went up before God out of the angel’s hand.” (Revelation 8:3-4)
